Howard Nuzum is the founder of Double Edge Dirt LLC and has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in dirt construction, road work, earthwork, oilfield support, aggregate operations, GPS grading, and site development. He worked his way up from labor and equipment operation into grade control, GPS machine control, crew leadership, planning, logistics, estimating, supervision, and company operations.

That background gives him a good understanding of what it takes to keep a job moving from the first day through completion. He has experience coordinating equipment, crews, trucking, materials, drainage, production, safety, and scheduling, and he stays involved in the field instead of managing everything from a distance.

Howard has worked with operators, foremen, superintendents, project managers, engineers, inspectors, owners, and clients on jobs of different sizes. His approach is pretty simple: plan the work, communicate, catch problems early, and take pride in the finished product.
